Your intellectual property is safe with us. We are committed to strict data confidentiality.
- check_circle Data Privacy: Studion employees and contractors will never access your project files, audio stems, or financial data unless explicitly authorized by you for support purposes.
- check_circle No Ownership Claim: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.
- check_circle Encryption: All sensitive data transmitted to and from Studion is encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
3 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the platform responsibly and ethically. You explicitly agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
- Upload content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the platform.
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group, including our employees.
4 Financial Tools & Liability
Studion provides tools for invoicing, quoting, and tracking payments ("Financial Tools"). By using these tools, you acknowledge that:
- No Financial Responsibility Studion is a software provider, not a financial institution. We are not responsible for collecting payments or financial disputes.
- Data Accuracy You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all financial data entered into the system (tax rates, prices, etc).
5 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Studion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
